Ingredients:
- 1 medium avocado
- 2 eggs
- 3 beams of broccoli
- 1 carrot - cut in small pieces
- 1 package baby spinach
- 200 gr. Quinoa
- ½ red onion cut in small pieces
- 2 spoons olive oil
Boil broccoli and 2 eggs for 8’ and quinoa for 20’. Cut avocado, carrot and onion in small pieces. Add all ingredients in a bowl, add the olive oil and it’s ready to serve!
