Recipe of the week! 20 Dec, 2021 Ingredients: 1 medium avocado 2 eggs 3 beams of broccoli 1 carrot - cut in small pieces 1 package baby spinach 200 gr. Quinoa ½ red onion cut in small pieces 2 spoons olive oil Boil broccoli and 2 eggs for 8’ and quinoa for 20’. Cut avocado, carrot and onion in small pieces. Add all ingredients in a bowl, add the olive oil and it’s ready to serve!
