Recipe of the week!

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 beams of broccoli
  • 1 carrot - cut in small pieces
  • 1 package baby spinach
  • 200 gr. Quinoa
  • ½ red onion cut in small pieces
  • 2 spoons olive oil



Boil broccoli and 2 eggs for 8’ and quinoa for 20’. Cut avocado, carrot and onion in small pieces. Add all ingredients in a bowl, add the olive oil and it’s ready to serve!
